Actually, Lordzen handled a problem for me just the other day. Rudora had stolen some images from my playerworld and he got right on it the same day it was pointed out. I'm not sure if the graphics have been removed yet (as I haven't checked) but he did talk to them and he took the proper course of action. See thread:

edit: in my opinion, I think there needs to be somebody who really knows their stuff, and actually checks servers often for stolen or illegal content. not just sits around and waits for someone to complain. I'm not saying that's what happens... but we rarely see any stolen gfx cases get fixed in the public view. If they ARE actively fixing things, it would be hard to notice anyway, because it's not as if they post about it every time they remove stolen gfx.
