I've been the target of constant pking before, and staff didn't seem to care (bc i tried to call it harassment). It would be kind of unfair, I guess, to limit who can pk who and how many times. And, as has been mentioned, there is a reason for pmode and bmode. The trading rooms, though, are a different story. Those should be no pk.
