Random Server Crashes?

It seems, lately the server has been crashing, Im not sure if its all of Graal, but I am constantly getting DC'd as the server crashes, and it takes time to start up again.
Any ideas at what might be causing this, and would something like a NPC server reset fix something like this? Its getting quite annoying, as your trying to make a huge item trade, or role play on tag. |
