Yes i no, so i changed it to 5 hp per bullet. Also this one has a give and take.
(S) normal shot
Type: plasma
Hands: 2
Ammo: plasma (in shop)
Freezing: 0.85 secs
Power: 5 hp (per bullet)
Range: long
Speed: 16 tiles/sec
Variance: 20 degrees
Comments: none
(D) super shot
Type: plasma
Hands: 2
Ammo: plasma (in shop)
Freezing: 0.93 secs
Power: 30 hp (per bullet, shoots one at a time)
Range: long
Speed: 11 tiles/sec
Variance: 25 degrees
Comments: takes up 10 bullets and takes up 20 energy, freezes opponent for 1.08 sec
goes in sapper, and defender classes
