You should have to have licences to carry a weapon, and weapons should be illegal in some places. If you dont have a licence, or if you carry the weapon somewhere where it's illegal, if there are officers there they can fine or arrest you.

Yea, that's one of the plans, that is if they stick to it. Full automatic guns won't be at like public shops "OH COME BUY OUR FULLY AUOTMATIC GUNZ" it's gonna be Black Market, Weapon shop style. If they stick with their plans.. But then again Gman's informed me that they may be moving to a different basis besides Graal. Atrius as a MMORPG. Might be quit nice.
