Starting Monday, May 2nd, 2005, I will begin examining how much/how well the employees at the pub work. I will gather opinions on what others think of them, and then every Sunday (excluding this sunday), I will announce the employee of the week. The employee of the week will have the menu sign turned into a statue of themselves. At the end of the month, the employee with the most employee of the week awards will become employee of the month. The employee of the month will have a picture of their head framed and hung on the walls on the pub (either the inside or outside). If there is a month where the employees of the week all differ (different people all month long), then there will be no employee of the month for that month, and the frame for the employee of the month for the previous month will be taken down.
