Does anyone good at scripting think that a serverside fight system could be made that would work just like the default system, without tremendous lag or problems? I mean the old battling was very precise for the most part. You swung your sword and it hit whatever that sword passed through. Not just a small square in front of it or something.

Are you offering to actually do more than just "do some concept work"?
What you're basically suggesting is a server that will outdo anything currently out there. Quite a deticated team would need to be assembled.
