I and Mark got them from the Alter, not a staffy. I had 30pow/30wis with dual blood rings on, he had the same just he used a pow/wis bamboo for the extra 1-2 he was missing.
I would give you proof, but I've since reformated and all I can do is have those people post here saying they had them, witnessed Mark have them.. ladeda..
Anyways, the only staff who's ever spawned anything for me was Lance, when he recovered my glitched-away Hammer of Agility.
