They do exist, you just need high level grace 600/300 instead of the 300/150 grace that Unixmad first said I believe. The bracers themselves do exist, as Bjorn has them on debug and the debug server was taken from the normal server.
As there isn't many people with a high enough grace, its hard to find someone to prove this with. |
