I decided to do it this way because I want:
1. To give the players the right of co determination.
2. To make the nomination more diversify.
3. To let us have some fun.
4. Because it is annoying to receive all days the same question: "may I become an EM?" or, "why you let him be an EM but not me" and so on...
Trying to suit everybody wont work!
