I like the idea becasue it is not "foolish".
Everyone who wants to become EM can contact Schlurfy. After some time the best 3 will be choosen by Staff. Those 3 will be the canidates who can be elected. All those 3 will be good enough for the position. Only the last decision who of them will get the job is player based. It's a way to give the players some more influence. What should be bad?
