Hm. It
would have some merit:
- It would make it easier to see that you've hit your opponent.
- It could be extended such that wounded players leave trails of blood.
- It would allow medics to easily identify people that need to be healed.
On the other hand, I think it would be a little too gruesome to fit Zone's style. Gorefests can be pretty tasteless.
