They should be able to choose any fishy head. Maybe some helmety and hooded heads too. But no mannish heads. You can't be a Zormite and have Peach's head, that'd be silly. The blue skinned guy with the shoulder armor, maybe.
If server strings were longer I'd say let the emperor update the list in realtime, but blah, I dunno NPC Server stuff, might be possible, might not. |
