Try Mitch. The capitalized M may be disabling him from logging on. I know that my old account TheSaiyan only works in that form even though it was originally made as thesaiyan (just like it is on the forums). His account on the client reads as 'mitch,' but on the forums it's the opposite. That could be the reasoning behind it. Or did I just confuse everyone?
