I agree. Dustari has been pretty much in decline since Aftershock quit.
The Powergamers have replaced the Role Players, and I'm pretty sure this is the reason for the decline of Rping as a whole. I think levels actually make it harder to RP, and although 2002 was intended to be a better server for Roleplaying, actually 2001 probably was better.
