Tranas, you give up too easily.
;o just because a few a-holios say otherwise, doesn't mean you should quit.
I mean come on, I waded through TONS of crap when I was manager of Val (nothing special I know, but trust me it wasnt easy ;o)

Don't just give up danget, if something is wrong, identify the problem, and see if you can solve it. I got over many annoying habits that drove staff crazy, and now I'm an okay guy to work with.
