I guess you should have an unlimited loop.
And in my eyes, and maybe some of the designers here can agree/disagree with me that something bigger than the frame it is in (i.e: The text) going around and around when it's too big to go around so it hides part of it, looks ugly.
Maybe you should make the text go smaller as it rotates or something, just looks a bit weird. And then, on a design eye criticism, there are circles and lines not doing much there
