There are three, actually. :P
I am using comic sans 10 for all the text except wc/ac which is comic sans 8. White for everything except the flavor box, which is black. Itali for the quotes, as you can see.
As far as the icons for strength etc, I just took a screenshot of my Q menu and pulled the icons from there.
Obviously you're not going to use the templates that say Illus. Raelyn Keizauft, but you can use the other one to make your own which are similar.
