Along time ago, I think I used ZoneAlarm(firewall) at the time and I had to tell it to use IE Settings.
Just the other day my friend was installing it and it wouldn't work under any settings due to his firewall. I don't know what firewall he had... Maybe you should make it get the file via port 80 and maybe an extension that is known like .txt. |
