I take offense to that. >:[ I am sorry that I have a different approach to managerial activities, in that managers are supposed to direct people and keep things in line as opposed to throwing themselves headlong into the same work that their staff are doing. I did not sit "idly by", I just watched the development move forward according to how I wished it (and sometimes not so) and stepped in when needed.
Excuse me for liking to give my staff a lot of personal freedom and liberties to create how they wish. >_>
