Ogma's Bracer

Hello!
I changed to Ogma today and wanted to get Ogma's Bracer. Somehow I didn't. Then people told me they are not on yet. I've lost 10 levels and i got nothin out of it now? Can you tell us when the bracers will come on? I lost 10 lvl's for nothing now. |
