I really could care less about being "known" for anything, I just want the people such as Stefan and unix to take notice and realize things. To me, if no one on Graal knew my name, yet I could still work and be productive and help out, it would not make a difference to me. It's more important that I get my stuff done. But there has to be a point when you just realize that the people who you report to don't really care, and that you're just part of some mixed up system and you're going nowhere, and what you do doesn't effect much.
