Amazing, its been so long and runes still don't work.
The marking rune would be handy granted that you could write a message on it and that it wasn't so easy to destroy. Same with fortifications... earth to dust should be severly toned down (somewhat damage the nearest fortification/wall; note the singularity on that) or removed completely
