So if you would go to NFL.com take a picture there and put your name on it, it wouldnt be offensive because you have a interest in football(although it is against the law). If you take a picture of someone you hate and they were drugged out, and you want to make that person look bad, of course you would put it up. Thats the person you are, a plain and simple ass.
