i thought the guild cp was abandoned so i upgraded my account for 1 year lastweek and before, you only needed a gold account to create a guild...Active Gold Members pay much more than vip members do...

i think that vip accounts should be able to have 5 guild to get a benefit over the gold accounts but i think that active gold accounts should be able to create at least one guild...
