and it DOES trigger the function. The issue is with the player.ani.name.starts thing.

You can make an NPC that has a function for onPlayerTouchsMe() and so on will happen.

But can you make a NPC have the same thing happen for an onPlayerTouchsMe().

An NPC touching another NPC....

That can't be it, because it DOES play the sound which is after the "if" statement. so the problem must be somewhere else cause it is reconizing the click.
