anyway, the default HD system is on a droppable on the GC tool, after the fixes up til the monthly, it will be able to be used in most events by GCs.

Angel Clan using Default HD.

Angel Clan has been changed to a default HD area.
For now, this area is 8/2, which is what 90 PERCENT of the server has as their stats.
AP function as normal, with AP restrictions applying.
