It isn't that strong. If it were Str +5 Dex +5 Con +5 wc +10 ac +5, that'd be too strong but just Str +2 wc +2 on Might and Dex +2 wc +2 on Agility or Con +3 wc +2 on Sorcery, isn't all that bad....
