What I have been doing is making them into gifs,...

What I have been doing is making them into gifs, than running them through gif2mng.exe. Than using the png's as the npc's image. I probably havent "indexed" them if you could explain what the steps...

I have made a bunch of graphics for my guild hq and they wont stay on the map when i apply them. So if anyone could help me with this....here is one that wont stay. !pissed!

How do I make part of a graphic transparent inside the graal engine?

I have a cross and only want the cross to show not the area that form after the rightangles that are made when the two boxes connect.
So basicalyl how do i make part of an img invisible?

A little help...

I cant access the top 3 tutorials...so i was wondering what program should i use for gfxing and how do i format pixel size? Just a little basics....the sad thing is im a expert npc maker. x_x
