I sent in the request for Illusion to be set up about a week ago. It has all 10 supporters. I haven't heard anything about it since I submitted it.

I suggest you talk to whomever the current guild admin is.

Bhala should be able to help. My original guild i made took 1 month after getting 10 supporters to be created

yes, It took a long time for my guild "Sky Pirates" to go official. Just keep looking on the guild management list to see if your guild is there.
