Is Gonmon still corrupt?

I mean, it's been about 4 or 5 months since the Asuka Inccident...

For those who don't know, Asuka made a huuuge complaint about 3
people. Lycia, some other guy, and Gonmon. Lycia and the other guy had
many many "charges" stacked up against them. For Gonmon, he only had
the offence of warping to go see Asuka. :( He lost his powers due to that
and hasn't had them since. Nor FTP

So then, since it's been a long time since when everyone called him
corrupt, He's asking again: Is he?
