Stefan is dumb...

How come stefan never does his job.. He always updates the stupid server but he never fixes any of the old stuff ex: Celt castle.. Celts died out .. it just sits there taking up space... and that stupid Train that no longer works... Why wont he fix tis stuff.. who agree's that in this aspect stefan is dumb
