No one can get out of the admin house because Shinobi is blocking the door and he cant be hit.

I attached a screenshot.. there are no police on to jail him so maybe someone can do it later..

BTW this is my first post here =)

It wasn't lag he was there for like 10 minutes.. sparkplug was there and wouldnt do anything about it saying he wasnt full time police, and I didnt say unstick me, I walked into the admin house and he was there in the door. =/
