Here are some of the new features:
+Graal now charges hourly, your credit card is automatically billed $.50 a day, and for every 25 people you PK that day you get the price dropped by 10 cents! Weird feature, I know!
+There is a new race that can fly, it looks like a serpent with wings
+There is now a 'male' and 'female' flag for your character, and two different sets of bodies, some for males, some for females
+The item list now auto-organizes itself and is generally muchcooler looking (not just that ugly scroll) it also has multiple windows, it reminds me of the menu from Zelda: Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask. On classic it shows your heras (it is not listed near your bomb count and stuff anymore), and the map is part of this new screen too. Now, you can only see parts of the map AFTER you have explored it. That way you'll know where you have been and where you have not. Also durring quests key areas of the map are marked for you. It's awesome!
+There is scripting support for some very elaborate 3D stuff, not just limited to lighting effects either!
+level cache and loading is very improved and you don't experience a 'freeze' while stuff is loading anymore, it is more smooth and natural
+Vastly improved messaging system which includes a built in Graal Chat client, news items and updates page, links, etc.! This series of features has been renamed the "Portal". Some notable features: more profile information like your AIM name, Yahoo name, hobbies, personal icon, birth sign, etc. Chat can use colors (not just black text), and the "toall" and "mass mesage" features are now gone.
+Share files over the Portal, just like Napster but not just MP3s!
