Jam-packed house for sale!

Selling this entire house, the key goes on its direct way to the highest defrayal

Better be adviced to not search for rares or valuables in the screenshot, it is just a storage of a random collection of nearly everything that you need for various tasks ingame. Part of this here is also a large chest, which contains a collection of all kind of potions, dusts and figurines. The treasure maps at the lower edge are lying upon another going into the hundrets of each pile.

Nonetheless, if this whole cohort was sold to the local store, the avails would probably exceed the one million platinum coin mark.

So no offers of a lesser value than at least 1500d, obviously not going to accept platinum for it. But one or another might see the true value in a collection of next to everything anyways.

Cubes 08-01-2009 01:26 AM

why would someone pay 1500 for that

kia345 08-01-2009 01:31 AM

I don't see a single jam

cyan3 08-01-2009 01:48 AM

1500 diamonds for a house full of worthless items isn't a very good deal, that and he could easily make a copy of the key and steal the house back.

If you feel the need to play a game with such methods, doesn't automatically mean the others do aswell.

And now stop spamming this thread here.

Either a offer, or be quiet. Goes to everyone who posted so far.

Jcs1919 08-01-2009 01:55 AM

Yes and there isn't minecart ! D:

I'm just saying in my opinion that house isn't worth 1500 diamonds.

Mine carts are love. Way to properly sort the items in your house, guy. :asleep:

You should at least use a chest or two for that crap. Sheesh.

cyan3 08-01-2009 02:07 AM

My house is nice and organised and I bet I could get over 1500 diamonds easily for the stuff I have hidden away in my chests.

You have a much cooler design for your floor tiles than my house has.

But I have a little bamboo garden with a pool. :D

How funny, the diamond value alone of the stack of 28 panther hearts exceeds that wretched offer, yet the line of hearts alone sell for 50k+ platinum coins to the shop.

Aha, and that is the reason why you post in here a screenshot of another house, and babble about scamming with key copies?

Jcs1919 08-01-2009 02:26 AM

WOW CYAN You have a lot of minecart

Because the screenshot attributes to your house being overpriced, and the key copies is to point out the chance of you scamming someone. Both of which fit fine in the Marketplace, as they both have to do with your sale.

What I was just about to say ^^

RealDDc 08-01-2009 02:39 AM

I didn't expect you to understand it, but maybe this was just too mutch information at one time for the pygmy brains.

1.) Platinum coin value at store, around one million
2.) Deal is deal, no reason to reclaim the house
3.) No offers under 1500 diamonds

Shouldn't be to hard to understand.

Tigairius 08-01-2009 03:01 AM

Guys, this is Dennis' thread, no need to continue beating a dead horse, he has set his rules, if you don't have a valid offer, don't post.

Let the thread decay begin.

If you'd be willing to sell the scrolls/books individually, I'd like to know what they are.

It is optimal for alchemy, won't need to run around half the lands each time you want to create something, to search for materials that aren't commonly stored. Alone a single specific monster part can take a endlessly time effort to gain in the moment it is needed. The chest contains next to every potion, herb, dust also in large quantity, and most recipes require one of them. The chest is currently on me and not in the screenshot.

Aswell as the predominance in any scavenger hunt, any sort of working tool in large quantity for events and any work task.

Lords seem to be spoiled now, so the parts aren't vacant anymore, especially in large amounts. Especially for questing, along with most quest part items, there come these large stacks of lord parts.

Skill scrolls, which ensure the secure learning of any skill even for a new account, at these amounts of triple to sextuple attempts.

Those couldrons also lying upon another, should be around 10-15.

And mutch more.

If you are factual interested, leave me a message ingame, and we work out a house inspection under the supervise of a trusted third party staff.

OasaTor_PK 08-02-2009 02:54 AM

Heres my serious offer.

300 diamonds.

I know you wanted 1500 but I can only offer what I see fair for a bunch of non unique items.

ty!

Nothing doing, I wont sell it under 1500d. You'd have to pay through one's nose, if you want it. Sorry, offer declined.

You won't sell it. Because no one is paying that. Unless we get some solid proof that there is actually some worth in there, even then. I doubt there is even 500 diamonds worth of gear sitting amongst that mess.
The only way someone would pay 1500 diamonds is that cauldron is +2-3.

Give us a list on some of the desirable items amongst it so we know what we're paying for.

Well he is offering you to inspect the house under strict GP supervision...

If you look for valued gear in specific, what do you expect? Everything else comes free? I have some people interested in the house, and of course I don't mind them to inspect the house under the eyes of a trustworthy staff. To ensure no double clicking to use a item on the ground and no picking up.

I won't sell it for less than 1500d, no matter how hard you try, if you don't want to spend at least 1500d, you won't get it.
