Revised scroll, potion, herb etc. usage
I see a major drawback of the fun aspects within the PvP system in the current scroll, potion, herb and alike usage and operation.
Such as a spell has a very limited amount to be canceled, this should apply aswell to the usage of scrolls, herbs, potions etc. An animation of the usage would help out here a lot, and if the player suffers a hit, magical or physical, during reading or consumption, it would be canceled, and does need more attempts or a distance to surely read or consume. |
The point of scrolls is immediate usage. Blinding is their drawback.

I actually detest the way scrolls are instant-use, and that you can spam them. This is unrealistic, in an rp sense, and leads to abuse. There should definately be a reading process with a gani, the time taken to read a scroll should vary on it's level and the spell inscribed. I'm sure i suggested something similar in-game, was told it was a nice suggestion :oo: nothing came from it. |

Also, no dust, potion, or scroll to my knowledge gives total immunity to anything. And if such a thing does exist, it probably costs a lot to make or buy. (Such as some of the resistance potions you can get in shops.) |

Drae i gotta disagree with you here. Scrolls shouldn't be instant use, the process of reading should be seen like a reading time dictated by scroll level and/or the spell... It's totally ridiculous that someone can just restore while i'm killing them and do it in an instant, it might have cost alot of grace, but no cost = immunty.
