It's probably related to this.

Weird that the support center and wiki are hosted on a different server than the main site.

I have gotten on the support center a couple of times today, and every day before.
Though sometimes it is down for awhile, just not all day.
It is down right now though

It seems its been going down a lot in the past couple weeks. Sounds to me like it needs some site maintenance.

It's not constantly down but it does go down a lot.
