Beeping noise on server list.

Alright, I've NEVER had this problem before, but it started about 2 weeks ago.

For some reason everytime I left or right click the F7 Server List it makes a beeping noise. Someone PLEASE figure this out for me (without having to reinstall the client.)

Darklux 06-06-2009 02:14 PM

I have never experienced that before.
Sure that its no error sound of windows?

Donark 06-06-2009 02:25 PM

Nope, it happens even if graal is the only client up.

It's Vista. Happens to me too but we're not getting a fix anytime soon from Stefan.

Also, I think you mean playerlist not serverlist. :p

Yah, probably. And you said it happens to you? Does that mean it went away?

Last I checked 'happens' was present tense. So no, it didn't go away.

Alright, sorry if you thought I was being a grammar troll. I just wanted to make sure I understood you.

Have you tried to re-install the client yet? Cause I'm about to if nothing else works. But I dont want to re-install it and wind up having the same problem.

Only solution is to use the in-game playerlist, if you can even call that a solution.

It's a problem with Vista and Graal, re-installing the client won't help. :(

Yeah, it's super annoying. Whenever I click a guild name like 'Guild' or 'Normal' it makes the sound.

TSAdmin 06-08-2009 03:58 AM

It happens with mine as well. All I have done is turned my Graal sounds down to 0. That's a solution for myself, though. Not everyone likes their sounds turned off on Graal.

Jugglernaut 06-10-2009 12:02 AM

I have the same problem.

You can try and edit that particular sound effect in Vista settings, such as removing it, or possibly changing the volume of it (If you can find the file, you can edit it).
