If you're gonna delete copyright heads then delete your copyright items
 

A Pikachu hat with SOUNDFILES FROM THE SHOW is more infringing than a couple of fanart heads.

Can't exactly see how making a head as fanart very infringing, as if it would get players to want to buy accounts just to wear a head, but an item that turns you into a pikachu, that's more likely.
