Petition: More CTF variations and move OSL.

I have spoken with all the current active players and this seems to be what development should be doing to attract new players and make the server a masterpiece. We need more CTF modes and I think we should move where new players start because it will give them an idea of what the server is about.

Why add more CTF game modes to a GC system and ticket economy that is completely rotting away? How long before CTF is completely milked dry of entertainment value?

Not really proving your point here in suggesting that this is what the current players want, because it isn't.

Classic can't be turned into an all-ctf server.

Ctf, along with other events (a shocking idea, I know,) need to complement content on the server, not the other way around. This is the grave mistake classic has made over the past years, and it needs to be corrected.

Ya, it definitely seemed like when I was playing Classic that everyone just sat and waited for the next event, like the whole server revolved around them.

I concur, too much down time-- there should always be something to do :\.

Sparring, Pking, Cards, Bowling.... I mean those are things you can do if you're bored.

When the developers release something, people will like it for a few moments, then instantly get bored and want something else. Dev is slow atm so you can't really expect a lot.

bowling was not good when its got released, there was no gutter.
cards slowly died when people started to lame wins.
people are not pking because the hd is not good.
people do not spar in the default hd room because its only 1 room

what does it matter if its one room or not?
all you really need is one room to spar, and noone uses it at all. why would anyone use a whole spar complex with default HD if noone uses the room provided already with it?

DC, you have to realize that Default isnt the server's main HD so it will be rarely used because there is no point in using default right now since the server's events aren't in defualt.

I don't know about the CTF, but the osl is REALLY annoying.

I mean wtf? You have to go throught this *** tutorial, which no one wants to.
