Mine Carts Suck
 

How come I can't break into anyone else's mine carts, but everyone can break into mine. ESPECIALLY WHEN I CAN'T PICK UP MY OWN MINE CARTS after they've STOLEN what's in them. And yes, they ARE on the tracks. Always were, still are.

I'm out 320 minerals.

If your mine cart is left unattended for more than a half hour (I think, it could be 24 hours) it becomes fair game.

Then how come there are carts that stay in place for days without moving that I still can't access? Why'd it pick my carts to "fair game"?

In addition to this, there are some mine karts on the ground in my Forest house that I can't pick up because I get a message saying that I can't pick up mine carts that aren't empty. Except that they are empty.

I use 17 mine carts in my house for storage and all of them are almost full. Mine carts are great for using as house storage because they can hold 2000 kg each and can be crafted using less items than a chest which only holds 600 kg.

Yeah, I use mine carts too. I think the capacity on them was set so high because stones are heavy as heck (But iron and coal are not, strangely) and the content of chests were meant to be lighter. Stuff like weapons and other things go in them, ideally, but those containers aren't specifically limited to one array of items like pouches are. People will throw in whatever they want.

Funny you should mention that. I've got 9 of them that do that.
