Can't Log Into Graal?
 

NOTE TO MODERATORS:
I'm making this thread for someone else. He can't get on the forums, because it won't work for him, so don't delete this.


He says that every time he trys to log on, he gets this message:
"The owner of the account received an e-mail and needs to approve this computer."
He made a support ticket 11 days ago, he got a reply 4 days ago, and nothing happened.

I'm not sure who you're referring to Elizabeth but before this becomes another flame thread I'm going to respond. None of us have the ability to set pc id's yet except Stefan and he hasn't had the time to do all the things we can't do yet. I've let everyone know that I've responded to (the 4 day old response) that this is the case and as soon as we have the rights we'll be resolving them all.

I don't see any ticket in here with it but its possible thats not the support account used. Forum pm me the ticket# if you have it and I'll see if its there.
