Diglett's nose is huge

It's not the kind of pixel art we see everyday.. and I sort of like it. :)

That style is the infamous Oekaki :p Sketch-Pixelstyle
Not very valued in the pixelscene, most people don't even consider it as pixelart

i think that is because you normally carefully place each pixel with pixelart, with this sketchy stuff you don't,
i like it tho!

Looking good! Looks more like a toe though. For my recommendation, I think you need to make the nail look more like a tail. It looks like it's been taken off.

Sorry but where and when did he say it was pixel art? This forum doesn't have "Pixel Art" written in it's description at all.

However, I do notice the above written in it's description.

He just explained Oekaki a bith further.

I don't think there was any need to say that it wasn't pixelart. I know it isn't pixel art, you know it isn't pixel art, I'm sure the guy who made it knows it isn't pixel art.

It's an interpretation issue. I still consider it pixel art, although it is sketchy. If you would be that strict with bordering the pixel art term, you could also say that pieces which were created using floodfills are not pixel art anymore.

True. Very true. However, I'd say it was a sketch using 1-px pencil tool. Does a sketch with a 3-pixel pencil tool still qualify as pixel art? What's your definition of pixel art, exactly?

I don't have an exact definition. It is too much to cover anyway. I would still say it's pixel art if he'd have used a 3px brush though.

I'd so want to get wild on this and make it crazy like CORN IS MADE OF CORN thread...
