Dynasty Visit

I don't have the gift of words that some of you have but I went wandering around this morning and dropped in to see how Dynasty was coming along.

For those of you that don't know, its set in 19th century Japan and although there is not a lot to see publicly yet I think its going to be an amazing server. The tileset is light and cheerful with some amazing detail and from what I was shown and told about, will be good for both solo players and groups. The storyline and server idea seem very well thought out and I'm hoping this is a server that has the ability to make it all the way. I think it has the promise of providing something new but still very Graallike with its variety.

Yeah, I was there about a month ago, it's a pretty interesting concept. I'd like to see how to comes along.

You made me curious, and I went to look myself :)

Due to my laziness, it would be extremely awesome and "hip" of you to post screenshots Bell. :)

I really wish classic accounts could freely log onto servers under development, maybe it would encourage some of us to actually look around rather than log off after the whole 'observer mode' bull****.

Yea, stopping people without gold from checking out or working on servers under development does nothing but prevent progress

It's not like people actually play on UC servers...it's usually strictly development

i thought about ways to keep the community "friendly" by haveing alot of the gameplay based around activites that require parties and other people, if thares a quest that requires a party of 5 the player will be nicer to get what he wants

bahamutstevetff 03-03-2009 02:08 AM

yeah dynasty is nice.

MiniOne 03-03-2009 09:08 AM

Having party quests wouldn't make a community friendly or nicer, a community who tends to interact with players and talk without needing to result to pointless insults is a friendly community, a community which helps each other is a friendly community.

A community with party quests doesn't necessarily mean a friendly community though it could help :)
