PSP On Graal

Hey, I've been a owner of a hacked PSP for 2 years (nothing to do with being illegal i might add)
And I was just wondering if the team was using a Dev Kit from Sony or was it being made as a homebrew game.
Also I know that PSP chatting is limited but with a homebrew code you could easily integrate Pikey support (hacking mini keyboard for PSP), but I also know Sony should be releasing a real keyboard in 2009/2010.
I know there has been talk that PSP has limitations from its memory but the Slim/Brite models have 2x the memory (64 MB, which is the minimum specs for windows), and the fact PSP can actually run Windows 98 :3

It's true that the biggest problem to get a customizable game like Graal working on PSP was the memory, but we got it working (as homebrew). The good thing about PSP is that it's quite fast (CPU and gfx). We have not found a distribution way yet though, but will check if it will be possible in the future, may be with PSN.

Considering Sony isn't too homebrew friendly at the minute though it might be hard to get Graal on PSN and the fact that I doubt you would be able to distribute it for free.
Sony is uh, cheap.

Would it be possible to use the graal client while running Linux on a PSP?

As long as PSP Linux has OpenGL drivers, it should be. I wouldn't expect it to run well though.

Explain first how you would be able to get linux on your psp

Homebrew. PSP, DS, Gamecube, PS2/3, XBox/360 and the Wii all have versions of Linux you can run on them. I think Sony even released an official version for PS2.

Don't forget the wireless drivers and possibly button input drivers! I've always had HELL with trying to install proper wireless drivers on Linux....

Actually, there are a few distributions optimized for PS3.

I'm sure if there were beta tests it would involve each PSP having a different motherboard.
