Funnily enough, he placed the bid five minutes after the auction started, and no one else outbid him in twenty-four hours.

There was no one on the server who could outbid him :p

the hotel is REALLY nice, i'm totally going to rent the master suite and throw a huge party.

People would only get a free business when they are the ones making it. They would have to do all the levels, graphics, ganis, scripting, and the rest. Era Hotel was made by the staff members, therefore, it was auctioned off. If you actually have a good idea for a business and do all the development work on your own it's a different story.

I suppose the staff are taking a trip to Bahamas with that money? :cool:

I think it was a good and bad investment. Era has become pretty dull in-terms of guns and stuff of that nature, so buying a business is probably exciting and refreshing for most. However, the price on most items *seem* to be generally declining, so it could take a large amount of time to receive just a portion of what he paid for it. From my standpoint, it was a great buy. Why? Some houses sell for that much, if not more.

me and deo noticed it too but the hotel is devided into 3 different levels so its a pain to fix them and i thought more were going to be added so w.e get over it =p

Yeah i also noticed that lol, maybe's we could extend the hotel and build those extra 2 floors.

Also this hotel is basically like Deliday hotel back in the day, evenually you can serve food to people who are staying in the hotel "Room service" last i checked that system was all in GS1 and needs rescripted into GS2.
