Adding Sprites

I tried several tutorials and asked many ganiers but there seems to be a problem with my Graal Shop.

I save as a gif then turn it into a png using gif2mng.exe and I put the image in my graal images folder. I type in the correct image name and the height, length, width, and all the other measurements needed but when I go and look it never shows up.

Can some one please help me.

Did you try without turning it into a PNG? (Using the GIF file instead)

Save the gani first, and then make sure the image and the gani file are in the same folder (or on your desktop).
