Does not mean you can't be banned, or have your account deleted. From what i have seen they try to refund your money if that happens.

NO WHERE in the rules does it say you can be banned for making a "banned thread".

NICE POINT. And he brought it to no one's attention of what the result in starting a banned thread would lead to, so i would think it's invalid, if waar is banned.

Also, Stefan unbanned my player account that you banned. :(
