GANI script: Playerx=x, Playery=y

For any given gani script, the variable "playerx" refers to the character that is running the gani (sometimes an NPC) rather than the player viewing the animation.
x is the same thing.

playerx really ought to mean "You (the player running this animation)'s X coordinate." I'll play around with players[0].x...

player and this both return the current object, with the exception of weapon and database NPC's.

Sure, but 1) why, and 2) how then does one make a gani wherein the eyes follow the Player?
