Animation help

Can anyone tell me why this animation gets a frozen image of the first frame behind it whenever I display it in Graal (with showimg anyways)? And for some reason the black isn't transparent in the web browser, but it is in-game...

EDIT: Until I've managed to fix it, you can logon Maloria and look at the heart displayed above your head to get an understanding of what I mean.

Fix?
It appears transparent on Graal because Graal treats 0,0,0, and 255,255,255 as transparents(which is annoying). Dunno about the initial frame problem... but I made it transparent and saved it.

edit: ah... no fix on the frame thing... The reason it looks like that is because it's saved like that. Gonna have to fix that up manually... I'll see if I can. No luck... since it's grayscale, it's pretty hard picking what's the leftover from what's not.

So the problem basically is that there's stuff left from previous frame(s) in the animation? I just find it odd, it's the same image from Maloria v2, and there was no problem with it back then.

Someone probably messed around with it, and accidentally made the first frame visible in all(as a background image, or a visible layer in imageready) and didn't realize and saved it.

If I provide all frames as they should be, would you be able to animate it for me? That way the animation shouldn't be ****ed up, right? I attached them just in case. :)
